This Trading Policy and Risk Disclosure governs all trading activity on the Rize Exchange platform and outlines the risks, responsibilities, and conduct standards applicable to all users.

1. Purpose

This Policy establishes rules for fair, transparent, and lawful use of the Rize Exchange platform and governs all trading-related activities.

2. Scope of Services

Rize Exchange offers INR-settled crypto derivative products only. Spot trading, custody services, or investment advisory services are not provided unless explicitly stated.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading in derivatives is highly speculative and involves significant risk. Users may lose their entire capital. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Markets are volatile and unpredictable. System outages, slippage, and execution delays may occur. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Margin & Leverage

Users must maintain sufficient margin at all times. Failure to meet margin requirements may result in forced liquidation. Rize Exchange may modify leverage limits at its discretion.

5. Liquidation

Positions may be automatically liquidated if margin requirements are breached. Users are solely responsible for monitoring their positions and associated risks.

6. Market Conduct Rules

Users must not engage in wash trading, circular trading, spoofing, front-running, price manipulation, layering, or dissemination of false or misleading information.

7. Surveillance & Monitoring

Rize Exchange employs automated and manual surveillance systems to detect abusive, manipulative, or suspicious trading behavior.

8. Order Execution

Orders are executed on a best-effort basis. Rize Exchange does not guarantee execution at a specific price or time.

9. Platform Integrity

Any attempt to exploit bugs, abuse APIs, manipulate systems, or bypass platform controls may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

10. Account Restrictions

Rize Exchange may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for regulatory, risk management, or policy violation reasons.

11. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Users act solely at their own discretion and risk.

12. Amendments

Rize Exchange may amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
