Referral Program Rules

1. Who Can Refer?

  • Any KYC-verified user of Rize Exchange.

2. How It Works:

  • Share your unique referral link/code.
  • Friend (referee) signs up, completes KYC, and starts trading.
  • Both referrer and referee get rewards.

3. Rewards Breakdown:

  • Referee (new user):
  • 10% discount on trading fees for the first 60 days.
  • Referrer (existing user):
  • 10% of net trading fees generated by referee, credited daily for 90 days.
  • Tier Boosts:
  • 1–10 active referees → 10% commission
  • 11–50 active referees → 12% commission
  • 50+ active referees → 15% commission

4. Payout Rules:

  • Rewards credited to a Referral Wallet.
  • Can be used for trading or withdrawn (min ₹800 / $10).
  • Daily crediting, withdrawal anytime (after whitelisting).

5. Conditions:

  • Referee must complete KYC + min. ₹5,000 trading volume in 30 days for referral to count.
  • No self-referrals, fake accounts, or circular trading.
  • No commission on certain trade types (such as maker fees) in derivative contracts (to prevent wash trades).

6. Limits & Controls:

  • Max earning per referee: ₹10,000 (~$120).
  • Max referral reward per user per month: ₹2,00,000 (~$2,400).
  • Rize reserves right to withhold/clawback on fraud or breach of terms.

7. Taxes:

  • TDS applicable on referral earnings (per Indian rules).
  • Income is taxable as per user’s jurisdiction.
